The Master BV170 Air Inlet Kit is an accessory designed to increase the efficiency of Master BV170 indirect-fired space heaters by up to 60%. It achieves this by recycling warm air back into the combustion chamber.
This kit allows you to harness the warm air that has circulated your space and feed it back into your BV170 heater. This air inlet recycling system greatly improves combustion efficiency, resulting in considerable fuel savings. With reduced energy and fuel usage, you'll also have less frequent fuel tank refills. Overall, the air inlet kit enables your indirect-fired heater to utilise warm air recycling to maximise efficiency.
Installing the air inlet kit is straightforward. It includes a mounting adapter that fits securely onto the back of the BV170 heater, where the fan draws in ambient air. You then attach the 7.6m length of 310mm diameter flexible PVC ducting onto the adapter. The ducting enables effortless routing of warm air back into the combustion chamber.
With the ducting attached, the adapter impedes access to the fuel tank. No need to detach the ducting for refills! The kit includes a fuel funnel that allows easy and convenient refuelling of the heater.
