The Dustcontrol DC Air Cube 500 air cleaner is a high-performance air scrubber designed to dramatically improve air quality in commercial and industrial workplaces. Offering versatile applications, this robust and portable unit efficiently removes airborne contaminants, including dust, debris, allergens, and more.
Its advanced two-stage air filtration system is at the heart of this air cleaner. Air is first drawn through a G4 pre-filter, which traps larger particles. It then passes through a HEPA 13 filter, removing 99.995% of fine particles down to 0.3 microns. These two filters work in conjunction to scrub the air thoroughly, ensuring ultra-clean air is recirculated back into the environment. With an airflow rate of 500m3/hr, the DC Air Cube 500 can effectively circulate the air in large warehouses, factories and other commercial spaces.
A key benefit of this Dustcontrol air cleaner is its flexible functionality. The unit can be used upright to minimise any whirling of dust particles in the air. The outlet can be connected to an evacuation hose for targeted air scrubbing to create negative pressure in a contained space. This isolates and prevents cross-contamination between areas. The DC Air Cube 500 can run continuously to maintain air quality or be used as needed during maintenance and repairs when airborne debris is generated. There are two fan speed settings for economical or maximum performance.
