The Fral Avalanche CRS is a high-powered split air conditioning system designed to cool large commercial and industrial spaces effectively. With a robust construction and intuitive controls, this 27kW portable unit provides reliable performance across various demanding environments.

High-volume cooling capacity

At the core of this air conditioning unit is a 27kW / 92,000 BTU cooling capacity, making it suitable for spaces up to 1,100m2. It generates an exceptionally high airflow of up to 3,200m3/h to rapidly cool environments through three fan speed settings. This volume of air circulation is ideal for maintaining cool temperatures in large open-plan offices, busy warehouses, data centres and more.

The Avalanche utilises R410A refrigerant and an advanced split system design comprising a main 1190 x 1840 x 560mm indoor unit and two compact 930 x 895 x 641mm external heat rejector units. The outdoor units expel warm air from the space through glycol connecting umbilical lines extending up to 30 metres. A built-in digital thermostat enables precise temperature control.

Durable construction and convenient features

Constructed with cooling performance in mind, this portable air conditioner has a heavy-duty steel frame finished with an epoxy coating to resist damage. Four rugged castors and an integrated top handle ensure the 260kg unit can be easily manoeuvred. The removable side panels allow convenient access for maintenance and inspections.

Notable features include an auto condensate pump for continuous drainage, a washable air filter for improved efficiency and a hot gas defrost system to facilitate operation in environments as low as 10°C. The microprocessor provides intelligent monitoring and control of the temperature, alarms, compressor and defrost cycles.
