The Fral Avalanche FACSW51 is an industrial-grade 15kW portable air conditioning unit that delivers powerful spot cooling for large commercial and industrial spaces. With a high cooling capacity of 15kW/50000 Btu/hr and low noise output, this durable split system consists of an indoor evaporator unit and an outdoor condenser connected by flexible umbilical lines.

Rapid cooling for large spaces

With its 15kW of cooling power, the Avalanche FACSW51 can effectively lower temperatures in spaces up to 110m2, making it ideal for cooling warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office buildings and more. The system circulates a constant chilled water flow between the indoor and outdoor units, rapidly absorbing heat and removing humid air. Equipped with an adjustable louvre, the evaporator unit directs cool air precisely where it's needed for spot cooling of machinery or crowded areas.

Intelligent temperature control

The Avalanche FACSW51 enables precise environmental control with its built-in digital thermostat and smart microprocessor. After setting your desired temperature, the thermostat automatically switches the system on or off to maintain those conditions. The microprocessor regulates defrost cycles, compressor timing and temperature alarms for efficient, reliable operation. Even in low ambient temperatures down to 10°C, the hot gas defrost feature prevents damaging ice build-up on the evaporator coil.

Durable construction for demanding conditions

Built from galvanised steel with a tough epoxy powder-coated finish, the Avalanche FACSW51 withstands corrosion and abrasion while easing maintenance with removable panels. Its sturdy frame sits on heavy-duty castors, making repositioning this 115kg unit easy. The washable polyurethane air filter prevents dust and debris from reducing system performance and is simple to access and clean.
