The Thermobile Bio Energy 2 is a powerful 41kW biofuel cabinet heater designed for workshops, garages, warehouses, agricultural buildings, and other industrial spaces. This versatile heater can be fueled by various options, including bio-oil, biodiesels, vegetable oils, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, waste oil, and standard diesel or red diesel. It helps you save on fuel costs while reducing harmful emissions.
Developed specifically for the workshop heating market, the Bio Energy 2 achieves complete combustion in a vaporising system, with non-burnable residue retained in the burner pan. The heater's high efficiency is attributed to its built-in, large surface heat exchanger, through which all gases pass before entering the flue. A high-capacity axial fan draws air from the workshop over the heat exchanger and combustion chamber, expelling warm air into the building and constantly recycling warm air at an impressive 3000 m³/h.
The Bio-Energy 2 cabinet heater is equipped with a standard 55-litre fuel tank, an overheat security thermostat, a flame failure thermostat, and an oil overflow security system. With a fixed outlet temperature of 50-70°C and a switch allowing operation at either 41kW or 24kW, you can select the ideal heat output for your space. The heater provides 100% clean heat, as the exhaust fumes produced during combustion are flued out of the back of the unit.
This package deal includes the Thermobile Flue Kit, which ensures safe and effective heating by exhausting fumes produced during combustion out of the space. The flue kit consists of a 5 x 1m flue, 1 x Terminal Pipe, 2 x Wall Bands, 1 x Roof Seal, and 1 x Roof Seal Fitting Kit. Additional sections of 1m piping and pipes with a 45-degree bend are available for spaces with higher ceilings or specific flue requirements.
