The Thermobile Bio Energy 1 is a compact 27kW biofuel cabinet heater ideal for workshops, garages, warehouses, agricultural buildings, and various other industrial spaces. This heater offers flexibility in fuel options, running on bio-oil, biodiesel, vegetable oils (rapeseed, linseed), waste oil, standard diesel, and red diesel.
The Bio Energy 1 features a closed combustion chamber and produces radiant heat and hot air from the top-mounted 'THERMO' blower. This radial fan offers 1000m³/h airflow.
This heater will help you save on fuel costs and provides 100% clean heat by venting exhaust fumes produced during combustion out the back of the unit.
The Bio Energy 1 cabinet heater comes standard with a 50-litre fuel tank, an overheat security thermostat, a flame failure thermostat, and an oil overflow security system. The waste oil burner has a fixed outlet temperature of 50-70°C and a switch allowing operation at either 20kW or 27kW, allowing you to select the ideal heat output for your space.
This heater comes with a Thermobile Flue kit that guarantees safe exhaust of fumes, circulating only clean, fume-free warm air while removing potentially harmful emissions from the space. The flue kit consists of 5 x 1m flue pipes, 1 terminal pipe, 2 wall bands, 1 roof seal, and 1 roof seal fitting kit.
