The Thermobile Bio Energy 3 is a powerful 59kW biofuel cabinet heater designed for a wide range of environments, including workshops, garages and warehouses. This heater runs on various sources, including bio oils, biodiesel, vegetable oils like rapeseed and linseed, waste oil, and standard diesel, offering a cost-effective and eco-friendly heating solution.
The Thermobile Bio Energy 3 ensures complete combustion through a vaporising system, with non-combustible residues collected in the burner pan. A large surface heat exchanger enhances the efficiency of the heater, which maximises heat transfer by circulating all gases before they exit through the flue. A high-capacity axial fan draws air from the workspace, heats it over the exchanger, and redistributes warm air into the building, achieving a significant airflow rate of 3000m³/hr.
Equipped with a 55-litre fuel tank, the Bio Energy 3 offers adjustable heating outputs of 59kW or 36kW, allowing users to tailor the heat level to their needs. The heater has safety features, including an overheat security thermostat, a flame failure thermostat, and an oil overflow security system.
The Thermobile Bio Energy 3 package includes a comprehensive flue kit that safely expels combustion fumes. The kit consists of 5 x 1m flue sections, a terminal pipe, wall bands, a roof seal, and a fitting kit, guaranteeing that only clean, fume-free, warm air circulates indoors.
