The Thermobile Bio Energy 3 is an industrial-strength biofuel cabinet heater designed to quickly and efficiently heat large workshops, warehouses, garages, and agricultural buildings. With a substantial 59kW heat output at full power, it rapidly heats spaces up to 1,500m2, circulating clean, dry heat via a high-powered axial fan.
This cabinet heater provides versatile heating and is compatible with bio-oils, biodiesels, vegetable oils, linseed oils, waste oils and standard diesel/red diesel. This compatibility with inexpensive biofuels and waste oils provides outstanding value, with the ability to utilise oils produced on-site.
A separate combustion air intake prevents contamination from workshop vapours, ensuring clean, efficient burning. The heater also features a generously sized 55-litre fuel tank for hours of uninterrupted heating. With a simple plug-and-play design, it can be installed rapidly by any competent tradesperson into a 230V socket.
The Bio Energy 3 incorporates several safety features, including overheat protection, which shuts down the heater before dangerous overheating occurs. Flame failure and overflow protection also minimise risks.
This cabinet heater offers convenience with two heat settings—59kW for full power or 36kW for warmer weather or smaller spaces. The fan provides powerful airflow of 3000m3/hr to circulate heat effectively throughout the space. Fumes are safely emitted outside through a 200mm flue pipe (a flue kit is available).
