Sequential filtration process

With the XPOWER X-3480 three distinct stages target varied contaminant sizes. A washable nylon mesh initiates particle capture, followed by pleated media for intermediate filtration. The final 2-inch HEPA component removes 99.97% of 0.3-micron particles. All stages feature protective foam covers to prevent secondary contamination, whilst filter change indicators signal maintenance requirements. This system effectively eliminates bacteria, allergens, and mould from commercial environments.

Airflow management features

Five-speed control adjusts the 600 CFM (1020m³/h) output to suit specific environments. The motor system draws 220W during operation, supporting sustained use across commercial applications. LED monitoring enables precise performance tracking, which is particularly beneficial during extended filtration cycles. The variable speed settings allow customised air purification for different space requirements and contamination levels.

Transport configuration
